Keating Schedule Order Pick-Ups

Getting Started

It's important that our dental lab customers have Keating Dental Arts shipping labels. Each of our mailing labels have their own unique, individual tracking number that designates exactly where the package originates, customer information, whether it's first day or second day air, etc. Sending an order establishes your account.

Step #1 - First prepare your order by placing the impression along with its RX in the box and affix the shipping label we supplied you. If you have more than one (1) case to send, you can bundle orders together in the same box by separating them inside plastic bags.

Step #2 - The next step is to schedule a pickup for your order. We prefer customers contact Keating Dental Arts to arrange delivery of packages since this method has proved most effective. Alternately, if you already have our shipping labels, you can contact UPS directly.

Obtain Shipping Labels

If you do not have Keating Dental Arts UPS air labels, our shipping and receiving department will be happy to send sufficient mailing supplies for your orders immediately. Our shipping labels can be forwarded to customers quickly via either email or fax. You can also request an order be scheduled for pickup at the same time. For future orders, existing accounts get a supply package with 45 prescriptions, 25 mailing labels and 15 boxes.

Track Shipping

As with any package shipped with UPS services, you can track the status and location of your order. This can be accomplished simply by accessing the UPS website and entering the tracking number that Keating Dental Arts has assigned to your order. » Track Orders via UPS website.

Shipping CostsThe prices we charge for shipping orders via UPS air delivery in the USA is $7. This charge is applied to both incoming and outgoing orders. Lab customers can save money on shipping costs by bundling cases. Our shipping boxes are 6" x 8" x 4" in size -- which is easily large enough to contain several cases per container. If you have more than 1 case, we suggest customers separate each case with its prescription in a plastic Ziploc and place them all in the same box.
