1) How do we send you a case?
A - Simply call a Keating Dental Arts representative at (800) 433-9833, and we will be happy to fax you a pre-printed DHL shipping label and schedule a pick-up in your office. All we need is your office address and phone number to get started.
2) What is your turn-around time?
A - Our in-lab working time is 5 business days. Implants and CAD/CAM products take slightly longer, but all of our full-cast crowns, PFM crowns, and all-ceramic products take us just 5 days. Add a couple of days for shipping, and your case generally back in your office in 7 business days
3) Do you do “no prep” veneers?
A - Yes, but we like to evaluate the case first. Simply give us a nice, clear final impression of both arches along with a bite registration. We will pour and articulate the working casts, and give you a call. We strongly recommend a light chamfer gingival margin at the very least so that we may create restorations with a proper emergence profile. We never wish our restorations to create future periodontal problems.
4) Do you do implants?
A - Of course we do! Keating Dental Arts works with all major implant systems, and can handle all your implant needs. We are happy to order any parts for your case, if you have any doubts as to what is needed.
