KDZ cad/cam/ zirconia 6 unit bridgeKeating Dental Zirconia: KDZ™ is the trademark name for our CAD/CAM zirconia. Utilizing the two of the most accurate scanners in the industry, Katana (Noritake of Japan) and Hintel (Germany), we are able to fabricate long span bridges in shaded zirconia. Katana was rated the top product in a field test by the CRA, with an average marginal gap of 10 microns. With an unbelievable flexural strength of over 1200 mPa, KDZ is rated alongside PFMs for strength, and offers the ease of conventional cemantation. KDZ cad/cam/ zirconia bridge showing frameBridges with strut designs, traditional metal-island type PFMs, or even lingual collars can be designed with our CAD software. Implant supra-structures, Maryland bridges, and even onlays have been successfully fabricated! If you are looking for a metal-free solution for your standard PFM cases, then look no further than KDZ.

Cadent iTero™ Digital Impression System

iTeroThe Cadent iTero™ is a ground-breaking digital impression system that utilizes the next generation of scanning technology to generate a virtually perfect impression. Done in less time and with less discomfort to the patient, the Cadent iTero™ enables a complete digital image of the patient’s teeth to be captured without the need to create a physical mold.

Designed to replace the uncomfortable and imprecise method of conventional impression taking, the Cadent iTero™ digital impression system is an exciting new technology that is light years ahead of cumbersome and expensive digital impression systems available today

iTero.iTero™—powered by proprietary imaging technology—enables you, the dentist,  to take a digital scan of the patient’s teeth and bite, make any necessary adjustments in real-time, and then transmit the file via a wireless Internet connection to our laboratory for further processing. From there the digital file is transmitted to Cadent where a model is milled. The physical model is then sent to us, where a highly precise physical restoration is created. With significant benefits such as increased patient satisfaction, improved clinical outcomes, and enhanced office efficiencies, iTero™ will change your impression of digital impressions.
